Scope Meaning
The word reach is the result of the action of reaching, a verb that was derived from the Latin “chalcis” with the meaning of “heel.” It applied to chasing someone, “going after their heels.”
That is why by reach we mean how far the radius of influence of something reaches, its mediate and immediate effects, in terms of distance, temperature, sensation, capacity, etc.
Staying out of reach implies that we maintain sufficient material distance so as not to suffer the effects or consequences of some fact or thing. For example: “do not leave the chocolates within the reach of children, there will be none left”, “stay away from the entrance gate, otherwise you will be exposed to the dog’s attack, it is dangerous and it is advisable to be out of its reach” . What is “at hand” is what does not present difficulties in achieving it.

पहुंच शब्द पहुंचने की क्रिया का परिणाम है, एक क्रिया जो लैटिन “चाल्सिस” से ली गई है जिसका अर्थ है “एड़ी।” इसका उपयोग किसी का पीछा करने, “उसकी एड़ी के पीछे जाने” के लिए किया जाता है।
